Renowned rapper Nicki Minaj has once again postponed the release of her highly anticipated album, Pink Friday 2. The announcement came during an Instagram Live session on Tuesday night, where she provided an update to her devoted fan base. Originally scheduled for an October 20 release, the album's launch date was later pushed to November 17. However, Nicki Minaj has now rescheduled the release to her birthday, which falls on December 8th.
During the live stream, she expressed her excitement, saying, "The new album date for this incredible body of work, that I am so proud of, is on a special day to me and to the Barbz — it will come out on my birthday. Pink Friday 2, I am so happy to announce, will be out on my birthday."
In addition to the album delay, Nicki had some other exciting news for her fans. She revealed that a new perfume named Pink Friday 2, created in partnership with Amazon and JC Penny, is set to launch on December 13. Furthermore, fans can look forward to the opportunity to sign up for the Pink Friday tour next month.
Fans of the talented artist have already been treated to a glimpse of her new music. Nicki recently dropped a freestyle titled 'For All The Barbz,' performed over Drake's 'All The Parties.' Prior to that, she unveiled a track called 'Bahm Bahm,' which may or may not be included in her upcoming album, Pink Friday 2.
